Tsaritsyno

Bus tour to the museum and reserve, royal palace Tsaritsyno. The destiny of the palace is quite tragic because it was never used and get destroyed gradually. It was constructer by famous architect Bazhenov for the empress Catherine The Great. But she disliked it and order to dismantle it. Another architect Kazakov made new palace, but empress died and did not see the new residence. After her death, construction stopped and abandoned.

Only at the very end of XX century, the palace was reconstructed to its original appearance created by Bazhenov. Nowadays it`s one of the most attractive parks in Moscow.
